Mental health concerns have skyrocketed due to the pandemic. Is working from home causing stress on work and family?  Join us to learn how businesses can better equip themselves with the right tools to support their employees and colleagues as well as insight on resources available to our community.  Our panel discussion will feature representatives from Seven Hills Hospital and HR expert (HCC Board Member) Mary Beth Hartleb J.D., SPHR-CA, CPC of Prism HR Global Management Group, LLC

Mustafa Rawaf, DO
Medical Director Seven Hills Hospital
Dr. Mustafa Rawaf is a partner at Focus Mental Health Solutions and Associate Medical Director at Altea Research. He received his bachelor’s of science in Psychobiology at the University of California Los Angeles. He then received a master’s degree in Medical Science from Boston University, where his thesis on racial disparities in the treatment of hypertension was published in the Journal of the National Medical Association.

Shelly Thompson-Willis, LCSW
Clinical Director Seven Hills Hospital
Shelly Thompson-Willis has been licensed as a clinical social worker for twenty years. After graduating from Walla Walla University, she embarked on an adventure to Alaska, where she accepted a position with the Metlakatla Indian Community on Annette Island about 18 nautical miles from Ketchikan AK. While serving as a mental health/addictions therapist, she became the behavioral health director for the Annette Island Service Unit. Her tenure on the island included helping the community as the child/adolescent therapist, school social worker and interim director for social services. Twelve years later, she moved to Ridgecrest CA and worked in hospice/palliative care for 2 years.  She has been back in Las Vegas and working for Seven Hills Hospital since 2014, and during that time was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has been in remission for two and a half years.

Mary Beth’s career spans over thirty years in the human resources field working for Fortune 500 companies while developing human resource departments for smaller, entrepreneurial ventures. Experienced in various industries including gaming, restaurant, association management, education, cannabis, telecommunications, retail, broadcasting, manufacturing, engineering and non-profits.  She founded PRISM HR Consulting -Global Management Group, LLC in 2003. Prism HR supports local, national and international companies in all areas of HR.

Scott Muelrath, President & CEO

Scott Muelrath has fulfilled an array of leadership roles in Southern Nevada’s business community since he moved here in 2001. In 2004, Muelrath became the general manager of the Galleria at Sunset, where his understanding of the local community and real estate market helped guide the 1.1 million-square-foot-complex to a 20 percent increase in sales per square foot over a 7-year period. His forward-thinking management style led to unique retail partnerships with organizations such as the Henderson Libraries to open Southern Nevada’s first library within a retail setting, the Henderson Police Department to develop a community-policing station and the Henderson Space and Science Center to host science-related exhibits for mall patrons.
